Olga Loffredi

As Global CEO of Vanto Group, she has dedicated her career to developing high-performance teams and strengthening organizational performance. Her expertise encompasses negotiation and conflict resolution, as well as building relationships among diverse stakeholder groups—including investors, executives, labor unions, suppliers, and communities. Prior to entering the consulting field, she held leadership positions in Human Resources at Coca-Cola, Lojas Americanas S.A., and S.C. Johnson Brazil. She also served as a faculty member at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro’s School of Education and taught in graduate programs in Administration and Engineering. She is a founding member of the Barbados Group, a cutting-edge think tank dedicated to the study and application of human performance. She holds a PhD in Education and Communication from the University of Minnesota.
